Pay for Service

All services must be paid for upfront before filing for reimbursement. Advantage Plus does not dispatch services to assist.

Send Claim Documents

Complete the reimbursement form online and/or follow the instructions on the card inside your Loyalty Advantage package to file your claim.

Receive Reimbursement

If all requirements are met and documentation is complete and accurate, reimbursement will be paid out in a timely manner to the primary registered owner of the vehicle.

The Loyalty Advantage Benefits

Towing

In the event your vehicle has to be towed, a reimbursement will be provided to you for up to $50.00 per occurrence.

Tire Road Hazard

If you have to replace a tire caused by road hazard, a reimbursement will be provided to you for up to $50.00 per occurrence.

Emergency Road Service

If you require emergency road services, a reimbursement will be provided to you for up to $50.00 per occurrence.

Lock-Out Service

If your vehicle requires lock-out service to unlock your vehicle, a reimbursement will be provided to you for up to $25.00 per occurrence.

Trip Interruption

If you are at least 100 miles away from home and your vehicle becomes disabled, a reimbursement will be provided for up to $50.00 per day, for a maximum of six (6) days.

Exterior Package

If your vehicle requires the replacement of side mirrors, headlights, tail lights, fog lights, windshield, or hub caps, a reimbursement will be provided for up to $50.00 per occurrence.

Ambulance

If you are involved in a car accident and have to take an ambulance, a reimbursement will be provided to you for up to $100.00 per occurrence.
